Hmmm - I'm not sure I understand, but a lot of times when a form value changes and you don't expect it to, it may be because you are using default values with a secondary data connection. Feel free to attach a copy of your form under the options tab if you'd like me to take a look.

Hi Ms. Hilary, Let me explain again. As you see attched photo. 1. I have 3 fields - Employee submit - Reviewer submit - Manager submit 2. For those fields, it auto populated data from Sharepoint list (Contact List) Ex: Employee A - Review A - Manager A. However, sometime Employee A move to other project , so Reviewer and Manager will be change, that's why I have to change data on Contact List. Ex: Employee A - Reivewer A- Manager A will be change to Employee A - Reivewer B - Manager B. As last month, Form submitted on SharePoint with all approved as Employee A - Reviewer A - Manager A. After changing Contact list and new Form submitted to SharePoint Form 1 and Form 2 will be change to new contact list - Employee A - Reviewer B - Manager B My Question is: How can I keep Form 1 if I already submitted to SharePoint with Employee A - Reviewer A- Manager A. it wont change to B if I change Contact list. I jut want to change it

You need to not use default values for Reviewer and Manager. Instead, use rules. So, when Employee Name changes, use rules to set the Reviewer and the Manager. Then, once the form has been submitted, you can disable those fields, if you like. I usually use a form status field for this - just add a field for status and set to "Submitted" when the user submits the form the first time - and you can leverage that for disabling fields.
