It looks like you are using SharePoint Online - is that correct? If so, you might want to give FormsViewer a try: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiRO7iIS5hA shows how to easily create a PDF in your browser form in SharePoint Online. You can install FormsViewer on your site from the SharePoint app store.

Here's a sample that you can try on your FormsViewer install. Basically, all I did was:

    1. Add a new template in FormsViewer and upload my form
    2. Click the Design button and inject qRules
    3. Download the qRules injected form
    4. Open in InfoPath designer, and add a rule to the button to create the PDF - setting the qRules Command field to: RenderForm /format=pdf

You need to open the form in FormsViewer. Your screenshot shows the template open in SharePoint, InfoPath Forms Services. On the manage templates page in FormsViewer, there should be an "open" link for you template. Open using that link.

Dear Ms. Hilary, Yes. It's worked with Formsviewer. However, if I use Formsviewer to open and create form? how about I can reopen this form on sharepoint list and attached link (sharepoint item) to email? As I am using MS Flow to get link. Please see attached foto. Can you help me.

Hi - the FormsViewer URL would be the same URL as when you open from FormsViewer, with &document=server relative URL or full URL to the XML you wish to open. You can also install FormsViewer extensions so that your forms in your library open directly with FormsViewer. In your Flow, for the URL, you could probably use the link that you are currently using as the value for the &document param (depending on what that returns).

Re: Generate Form + Attached file to PDF after submit

So, as I mentioned above, in your email, you can send a FormsViewer link to the submitted form - you can test it in the browser first to make sure you have it right. Open the form in FormsViewer. Then, use that URL for your email, but add "&document=" with the full (or server relative) path to the file you wish to open.
