How do i populate a text box using checkbox text fields and also dropdown menu and also date picker

Im in the process of trying to make a process when each time i tick a checkbox, type in a text box, select from a drop down menu and also a date picker, where it populates and gets removed depending what's selected or typed in each field in a separate textbox I.e Check 1 Check 2 Textbox1 Textbox2 Dropdownmenu1 Datepicker1 Textbox3 (populated by the fields above also separated by commas)

Sorry, I need more details here. It sounds like you just need rules on the fields bound to each of these controls. If it would be easier to explain with a sample form - feel free to attach a sample under the Options tab in a reply.
