InfoPath Dev

My situation is this:  I have a form that I have made some custom code for,and I'm trying to allow another person to be able to make changes to the form and publish them.  However, if they go to the SharePoint library and get the latest version of the form, it does not take the custom code that is associated with the form with it.  The code is stored locally in my Documents -> infopath projects folder.  I have tried giving them the .csproj, as well as the whole folder for my project, and having them try to put it in their own InfoPath projects folder, but it never seems to actually copy over the right code, or allow them to publish.

 I'm pretty stuck here, does anyone know what the proper procedure is normally for transferring these?

First copy both form and project directory to other location where you want to use it. Open form in design mode, go to tools -> form options -> programming and change the location of project to the new location where you copied the C#/VB project. Now you can edit, save and publish the form from new location. It is applicable if you move your form and code to other location on same system as well as other system.

You have to change the project location in form options whenever you move form and code to new location.
