The best way to document an Infopath Form?

    Anyone,

Using the built in Access database toolsI have documented my database so any other person can carry on administrating it in my absence. I am having problems documenting my InfoPath forms though. I do not wish to document them for a complete IT novice but I am struggling on idea's on how to document the InfoPath form as there are no built in tools to aid me. Without downloading any fancy 3rd party programs does anyone have any idea's on what the best way would be to document an InfoPath document. I was thinking of just dumping the Manifest.xsf file into word and sticking comments to it but it isn't really very good looking and if any changes did have to be made then they would probably use InfoPath as a GUI to make the changes so the XML code would be irrelevant.

I have thought of taking screenshots but again it seems a bit long winded.

Any idea's would be greatly appreciated

    Thank You

    Hey Keith.

i do not think there are any tools or kits available.

What i have done is taken screen shots of rules, properties, etc while I have described the flow of the form, etc.

I think the manifest would probably not work for most people, they would need to learn it via the UI.

In the next version of InfoPath, it is supposed to have a taskpane that will detail logic etc. This should help.
